EXHIBITS STAGED: (Entries to be delivered to Trevitt Pavilion by) 9am Wednesday 3rd April 2024 (if Pavilion not open, entries may be delivered to Office)

ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES: 1st $5.00, 2nd $2.00, 3rd Card. Champions and Most Successful Ribbons. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.

• Entries close and exhibits must be staged by the times stated.

• No late entries or late staging will be permitted.

• Exhibitors must attach entry card to each exhibit. (Keeping the stub securely as these will be required when picking up an entry after the show).

• Lapidary Exhibits must be placed in a ZIP LOCK bag with the name of the exhibitor written on the bag and the Entry Number. Card to be placed in the bag.

• Allied Craft Exhibits must be placed in a suitable bag with the Exhibitors name written on the container and the entry card placed in the container.

• Where multiple pieces form the entry (eg: necklace and matching earrings) these must be secured in one common unit or card before being placed in the bag or container.

• Exhibits forwarded by rail or post must have the exhibitors name clearly on the packaging or on a slip of paper inside.

• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.

• To be hand worked.

• An exhibitor can only enter Novice OR Open classes not both.

• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.

• Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.

• Any item not collected within the week following the show will be donated to charity unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Show Office.
