EXHIBITS STAGED: (Entries to be delivered to Trevitt Pavilion by) 12:00 pm Wednesday 3rd April 2024 (if Pavilion not open, entries may be delivered to Office)

ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES: 1st $5.00, 2nd $2.00, 3rd Card. All Champion and Most Successful Ribbons. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions

• Entries close and exhibits must be staged by the times stated. • No late entries or late staging will be permitted.

• A declaration stating exhibit is the work of the exhibitor must be forwarded with the entry.

• All exhibits must be shown clean and unwashed.

• Exhibits forwarded by mail or post must have the exhibitors name clearly on the packaging or on a slip of paper inside.

• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.

• Exhibitor must attach entry cards to each exhibit.

• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances

. • Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.

The 3 Woollen Article/Garment State Competition class is located in the Spinning & Weaving Section of this Schedule

Articles may have seams and hems machine sewn and decorative work may be hand or machine. The garment must be cut from woven or knitted fabric. Attention should be paid to quality or workmanship and styling.
