Entry permits entry into the showgrounds for vehicle and driver only. All other passengers must pay normal gate prices to enter the showgrounds.

All competitors must report to the Ute Muster Steward at the Registration desk on arrival to receive their competitor pack.
All Prize Money will be paid via Electronic Funds transfer after the conclusion of the show. Exhibitors must supply a valid BSB and bank account number at the time of submitting their entries. Should an exhibitor not submit valid banking details all monies will be forfeited. Prize Money will be issued to exhibitors upon verification of results
The Judges decisions are final. Complaints/protests should be made in writing to the Secretary of the Bathurst AH & P, PO Box 92 Bathurst NSW 2795.
Judging will commence at 9.30 am on Sunday 14th April 2024. All participating entries must access the showgrounds via the western gate (the gate closest to town) by absolutely no later than 8 am.
