Pavilion Cookery Preserves

Eligible for the Bathurst Regional Council Supreme Exhibit Prize.

ENTRIES CLOSE: 12:00 noon Friday 22nd March 2024 

EXHIBITS STAGED: (Entries to be delivered to The Trevitt Pavilion by) 11am Wednesday 10th April 2024

ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES: 1st $5.00, 2nd $2.00, Cards 1st, 2nd, 3rd. All Champion and Most Successful Ribbons. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

 Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.

 Except as otherwise stated, Jars 250ml - 500ml in size.

 Sauce Bottles 200ml – 250ml.

Jars/Bottles are to be completely filled to 1cm from the top of the Jar

 Metal lids are preferred.

Lids should be clean and free from rust, markings or advertising.

 Fancy lid covers or wax on top of jams, jellies etc are NOT permitted.

Exhibitors please ensure lids are not on too tight.

 Entry cards to be secured to exhibits with a rubber band only.

 A small plain Label no more than 5cmx2cm stating the variety of the Relish, Jam etc should be adhered to the Centre of the Jar.

 Unless otherwise stated, only ONE entry per exhibitor per class is permitted.

 Entries in Any Other Varieties must be varieties not already specified with their own class

No sales are permitted from this section.

 Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.

 Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15 April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17 April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.
