ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES: 1st $5.00, 2nd $2.00, 3rd Card, All Best of, Champions and Most Successful - Ribbons. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:

• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.

• Art will be staged in the Trevitt Pavilion.

• Entries close and exhibits must be in by the time and dates stated.

• No late entries or late staging will be permitted.

• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, without the use of any digital device, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show. • Wet paintings will not be accepted.

• Paintings must not be more that 1 metre x 90 cm mounted or framed unless otherwise specified

 • Artist's name, address and section for which the picture is entered must be clearly printed on the back of the picture.

• Entry card must be firmly attached to the front of work/exhibit and cover any signature.

• All art classes from PA001 to PA020 & PA025 to PA036 must be framed/mounted and ready to hang with a sturdy hanging wire, otherwise they will not be displayed.

• Due to Display restrictions, large or heavy exhibits framed with Glass may not be able to be fully displayed after judging, at the discretion of the Head Steward. Exhibits without glass, or with lightweight alternatives are encouraged.

• In the event of a dispute regarding interpretation of conditions, the decision of the Judge is final.

• The Bathurst A H & P Association, Staff members, and Officials of Bathurst A H & P Association shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage by reason of any defect, accident, negligence, neglect or breach of duty howsoever arising.

• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.

• Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.
