COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

Our 2022 COVID Safe show is on.

Planning for the 2022 Reliance Bank Royal Bathurst Show is well under way. As a COVID-19 Safe event we have measures in place and know by working with our exhibitors, volunteers, trade and stall holders we can repeat our success of 2021 and deliver a safe show again.

All exhibitors are required to comply with all NSW Government Public Health Orders and regulations and to be aware of and compliant with their responsibilities to ensure their sites are safe premises and workplaces.

If you are an exhibitor, trade or stall holder please visit nsw.gov.au or call Service NSW on 13 77 88 to ensure you also have your COVID Safety Plan in place if necessary and find the latest information on how you can help keep yourselves and everyone at our show COVID Safe.

We will be reminding staff and visitors to get tested and stay at home even with the slightest of symptoms and we’ll have posters around the show to remind them to wash their hands or sanitize frequently and keep 1.5m away from others.
We're also reminding everyone to wear a face mask if they are travelling to the show by public transport or will be in areas or structures that require the wearing of masks.

Food & Beverage Vendors are also required to supply a copy of their COVID Safety Plan.

All persons who enter the Showground do so at their own risk and agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations and the Rules & Regulations of the Bathurst AH&PA Inc.

At present we are not required to check vaccination status, collect contact tracing information, restrict numbers or mandate mask wearing.

We do though encourage everyone attending to download the Service NSW App, stay alert to NSW Public Health Orders and make informed decisions about mitigating any risk to themselves and other attendees.
Further information on COVID or any other matter relating to the Royal Bathurst Show is available from our FAQ section.

If we all play our part, we can safely enjoy our shows again and keep the virus in check.

We highly recommend you like and follow our Facebook page as we will use it as a primary method of updating you on matters relating to Show.
