TIMETABLE, DRESSAGE & SHOW JUMPING

Dressage will commence at 8.00am Wednesday 10th April, 

Local Day on Thursday 11th April are not timetabled. Please be ready for your class when called by the Steward.
Friday - Sunday - ALL RINGS WILL START AT 8.00am
(e) Timetable – Times shown are approximate only. Entrants will be required to be ready when called. Minor delays due to special attractions are unavoidable and will require all horses to be on the outside of the arena when announced. (i) Class Clashes - All effort will be made to minimize clashes in events. When entering Classes please be aware that due to the complexity of the program there are likely to be clashes between some Classes. We are aware of these and every endeavour has been made to eliminate them, where possible. However, due to horses having multiple registrations and riders having multiple classes, as many as six Classes could be run at the same time, in different rings, it is not possible to eliminate all Class clashes. Therefore, where these occur, the Exhibitor may have to make a choice between one Class and the other. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. No refunds. 


STABLES

Please check your arrival & Departure Dates on your confirmation. 
We have received several requests to be stabled with other competitors, unfortunately we have been unable to grant all requests.

Stables are available from 5pm - 5pm. 
Stables are not transferable.
Please notify the office if you require a late check in.

Bedding can be ordered from
Bedwells- 6331 2844 ( Bedwells will be onsite during the show)
 

TICKETS & PASSES
Tickets and passes will be sent to your nominated email address from 123Tix. Please check your spam folder.
Tickets will only scan in once, If you leave the grounds you will need a pass out to return on the same day. All Show Passes will reset at midnight.
If you have a child under 6 Years, please go to 123 Tix and order a free ticket for them.

PARKING & CAMPING
 
Whilst on the grounds you must display a valid pass in your vehicle.
.
If you are leaving your float onsite and staying offsite you need to park your float at the riverbank.
If you are leaving your float on the grounds you must have camping booked.
Please make sure you have your valid camping pass displayed in your vehicle.

All vehicles Must follow the directions of the Parking Stewards and escort vehicle.


NO SECONDARY VEHICLES
Parking for Secondary Vehicles is at Hereford Street and a courtesy bus is available,
NO CARAVANS 
Caravans need to go to the Caravan Park. 

Our Parking Stewards are Volunteers. Please be patient and follow all instructions.

DRESSAGE
Please make sure you have notified us of your Bridle Number before Friday 5th April. Send details to karen@bathurstshow.com.au

WAIVERS & HORSE HEALTH DECLARATIONS
Please bring your signed copies with you.

FIREWORKS - Friday & Saturday Nights.
 (Approx 8.30pm each night)


HORSE REGISTRATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

Please have copies of your registration papers and proof of financial Membership with you.
